The ILayer5 interface gives the client access to the TerraExplorer Feature Layer object.
A Feature Layer is a complex TerraExplorer object for displaying feature datasets from different sources. See: “Feature Layers”.
A feature layer is a group of points, lines or polygons features and optional corresponding annotation objects. Use the DisplayAs method to select the TerraExplorer objects that represent the feature and annotation objects. Use the SetValue method to set the objects appearance. SetValue calls affect feature and/or annotation values based on the most recently called SetFeature, SetAnnotation, or SetFeatureAndAnno methods.
