This method sets the mode of SetProperty, SetValue and DisplayAs to only affect the feature and annotation properties. Any call to SetProperty and SetValue, following SetFeatureAndAnno call, affects the feature and annotation objects of the layer. The mode is set this way. This mode setting is effective until another call to SetFeature or SetAnnotation is made.
