Beijing East Dawn Information Technology to be the Exclusive Reseller of Skyline Software in China

BEIJING, China - February 3, 2009 – Beijing East Dawn Information Technology Inc. (in Chinese: “北京东方道迩信息技术有限责任公司”) along with Skyline Software Systems announced today that they have signed a reseller and partnership agreement. East Dawn will become the exclusive reseller of the commercial Skyline’s 3D geospatial suite of products to the commercial market in China and Skyline will become the exclusive provider to East Dawnof 3D geospatial software. This agreement was effective immediately on February 1, 2009.

Combining the strengths of China's leading geospatial data provider with one of the world's leading 3D geospatial technologies creates a powerful out-of-the-box solution for customers in China. Skyline's suite of software enables network based applications to utilize vast amounts of geospatial data in an interactive 3D form.
