TerraExplorer CoClass

This is the COM class that TerraExplorer application exposes to its clients. All of the TerraExplorer interfaces are exposed via this CoClass. This is not a singleton class, i.e., each client that creates this object receives a different instance. Nevertheless, they all control the TerraExplorer application.
