AlignLabelVertical

[in, out] int – Determines the vertical alignment of the label to its pivot point. Adjusting this parameter has an effect on the label’s rotation. This property can  have one of the following values:

• LABEL_TOP              = 0

• LABEL_BOTTOM    = 1

• LABEL_CENTER      =2
