AlignLabelHorizontal

[in, out] int – Determines the horizontal alignment of the label to its pivot point. Adjusting this parameter has an effect on the label’s rotation. Can have one of the following values:

• LABEL_LEFT         = 0

• LABEL_RIGHT     = 1

• LABEL_CENTER   = 2
